I grew up under the wing of my father, who built a thriving business from scratch in a small Iowa town. Watching him grow his business slowly but steadily, I learned firsthand the importance of learning on the job and the relentless drive it takes to overcome obstacles. Those lessons in business acumen and perseverance shaped my mindset early on.At just 22, I stepped into the role of COO in my father's company, and I embraced the challenges of leadership head-on. Over the next four years, I transformed the manufacturing arm of the business, pushing it to new levels of productivity and profitability. By fostering a positive company culture, streamlining processes, and making tough decisions, I proved my ability to lead and create lasting change.My passion for fitness led me into a new chapter of entrepreneurship when I co-founded Game Changing Performance with my close friend Nathan Johnson. Our first venture succeeded, and soon I expanded by opening a second gym and stepping into commercial real estate. Despite the challenges brought on by COVID-19, I relied on resilience and strategic foresight to ensure my fitness businesses not only survived but thrived.But my ambitions didn’t stop at brick-and-mortar establishments. Seeing the need for deeper support for small businesses, I founded Level Up Business, a service company dedicated to easing the burdens of entrepreneurship. However, it was my deeper calling to help fellow entrepreneurs achieve success across all areas of life that led me to create the Brotherhood Beyond Business. Drawing from my own journey and experiences, I’m building environments where entrepreneurs can connect, support one another, and grow together.
