Game Changing Performance

Game Changing Performance specializes in the Process of Fat Loss. We are a body transformation facility focused on helping members achieve their desired weight loss goals. We use a systemized approach to both nutrition and training with accountability coaching to help create the perfect environment for transformations. Our training program is designed to handle anyone from a beginner to advanced as well as any age. All our workouts are coach led and they help the member best fit into the right exercise level for their current ability. Our nutrition program is designed to be be a high level of accountability system. We use weekly check-ins, weekly zoom meetings, roadmaps, and habit tracking to help each client stay accountable to the individualized plan for their goals.
