As a Transportation/Air Quality Planner at North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), I apply my 21 years of experience in vendor management, outreach, and policy research to support and promote various initiatives that aim to reduce emissions and improve mobility in the region. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and have accumulated much knowledge and experience in communication, writing, and leadership.My core competencies include collaborating with others to create and improve documents and proposals, ensuring that project applicants meet the requirements, developing and updating webpages, coordinating with team members and communication staff, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports. I also have a strong background in editing written communications, organizing workshops, resolving customer complaints, and conducting site visits.
