Position: Marketing & Corporate Communications / PR Manager.The pressure from daily routine was quite different from what I did in previous companies, due to the impacts it may cause. Overall tasks can be listed as:- Planning: Compose Marketing strategy in detail (annual budget, press contacts, and information distribution channels, digital marketing channels, etc.).- Performance Management: Lead and initiate all trade marketing activities to develop the annual activation calendar by TBS Group, TBS Land. Ensure that the roll-out and implementation of the annual activation calendar are as per scheduled and that effective review procedures are followed and reported.- Efficient & high-quality implementation of the Marketing strategic plan for TBS Group.- Brand Management.- Budget management.- Evaluation & Reporting.- Communication: Receive, analyze and recommend for approval the sponsorship for Charity Events and other Press Relation Programs - Deploy and monitor annual marketing campaigns, such as Press Conference, Year End Party, Stack-holders Conference, etc. Manage the work of the team:-Building and implementing team development plans: common goals, individuals.-Coordinate job deployment activities in the team-Supporting other members while performing their professional work-Perform other jobs as required

Short-term working as a Digital Marketing Executive provided me a deep understanding into a process of marketing online, from which I could iron out the possible budget later on.
