• Manage High volume recruitment team for managed care organization, positions ranging from Contact Center, IT, Nurses, Quality, Executives and etc.
• 2016 hired 7,500 with an average time to fill of 36 days
• 2017 YTD hired 3,600 with an average time to fill of 37 days
• Manage recruiting efforts for the East Coast region (9 states and Puerto Rico)
• Works closely with HR Business Partners and health plan leadership to develop workforce plans to identify current and future recruiting needs
• Managing a team of 7 Sr. Recruiters, 2 Corporate Recruiters and 1 Recruiting specialist

*HR Manager for the branch- responsible for all human resources responsibilities including Recruiting/Hiring, Training & Development, Performance Management, and coaching*Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of office including sales, operations, driving referrals and ensuring superior client service*Accomplishes objectives.
