Payroll:* Process multi-state, semimonthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now.* Reconciles payroll to general ledger and provides analysis as needed.* Ensures tax documents for all company locations are complete, accurate, and filed on time.Employee Relations:* Prepares all new-hire paperwork and conducts new-hire orientation.* Assists with employee requests/inquiries* Provides assistance with other HR projects as necessary.Employee Benefits:* Coordinates benefits processing, including enrollments, changes, COBRA, terminations, beneficiaries, rollovers, and distributions.* Provides detailed information to employees on various benefits programs.* Enters new member data and status changes with the appropriate online methods and meets other vendor enrollment requirements.* Resolves discrepancies with carriers.* Assists the Finance/HR Manager in maintaining and administering employee benefits programs, such as life, health, disability insurance and PTO accruals.* Ensures proper forms and payments are made to the appropriate agency.* Assists in the auditing of ECG's 401(k) plan and in various other financial reviews.* Works closely with the Finance/HR Manager in coordination of annual enrollment, illustration of benefits, and profit-sharing compliance.

* Manage all aspects of multi state, high volume job costing Payroll utilizing ADP.* Responsible for all payroll accounting functions including accrual based payroll accounting, monthly payroll liability account reconciliations, reviewing and updating payroll accruals, preparing and posting all payroll related journal entries.* Works closely with HR to update payroll records. * Responsible for entering new hires, terminations, location transfers, changes such as pay status, pay rates, deductions, exemptions, and all other employee profile maintenance.* Prepares and maintains accurate reports using ADP REportSmith to satisfy requests from HR, Senior Management, and auditors.* Determines system set-up requirements to ensure adequate collection of information for tax and reporting purposes including accumulators, pay types, earnings, deduction types, and deduction amounts.* Presents issues and solutions relating to changes in business or regulatory requirements to the Controller and coordinates with ADP to implement the necessary modifications.* Prepares payroll data for internal & external auditors* Supervises and cross trains Accounting Clerk on basic payroll processing for back up support* Co-manage Accounts Payable Team with Accounting Manager
