We also train on facilitation practices and planning effective projects. Our skilled facilitators work with partners from the beginning to design effective meetings that help the coastal management community get things done. The Coastal Management and Digital Coast Fellowship programs provides on-the-job learning and mentoring opportunities for motivated young professionals.
