My major accomplishments included: --Developed a successful Central Admissions team with a 41 percent conversation rate on calls. --Increased employee satisfaction scores from 33 percent to 57 percent in seven months. --Led the Utilization Review team that reduced financial write-offs by two-thirds in five months. --Provided project management on important strategic projects, including creating a partnership with a major Kansas health care provider; starting a women's and children's center in Colorado; producing a strategic marketing plan; and developing a comprehensive review of infrastructure needs for centers across the organization.In addition, I led the team that writes, edits and produces Valley Hope's quarterly alumni publication with 25,000 print circulation and additional online readership.
