The role of Executive Assistant to the COO was offered to me as a natural progression from my previous role and a very exciting opportunity.My duties have been to act as the central co-ordinator for the Business Unit and to support the COO/ BU Owner. Responsibilities include chairing meetings on his behalf during his absence and with his various teams. Liaising with colleagues to ensure that set tasks are completed prior to deadlines. I also prioritise and maintain his ever changing diary. Organising external/internal meetings and making the necessary travel/ hotel booking arrangements to ensure all events & conferences run smoothly for him and his team. This includes the setup of meeting rooms with the appropriate visual and technical requirements. Along with this, my liaison with project, contracts, sales and finance departments help to maximise revenues for the Business Unit. I deal efficiently and promptly with all customer enquiries, complaints and potential sales leads.

Working closely with a number of clients, providing first class customer service. Providing Relationship Management and facilitating all questions and queries.Working closely with Directors , Executive Vice Presidents and Managing Directors of businesses to understand their Customer Care expectations. Understanding and Implementing NPS scores , working closely with all levels of detractors , passives and promoters.Undertaking training of Causeway products to improve product knowledge and provide more accurate information to our customers.Handling of survey data.Knowledge of CRM and Helpstar systems.

Working as Account Manager for one of the market leaders in the promotions sector. First point of contact for all existing and new customers, liaising with factories based in the Far East. Tasks include quoting right through to seeing all live orders delivered to our customers in the UK on time.The vast majority of work being time sensitive with lead times that need to be achieved at all costs.
