Direct report to Chief Partnership Distribution OfficerLead PD training team (Nationwide) to develop and implement impactful training programs for the PD department (included Bancassurance, IFA & Premium Collection Channel). This includes designing and delivering comprehensive training modules that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and partnership strategies and also be accountable for PD trainers' performance to contribute to the business growth and success.

Responsible for Design and Development training materials for PRUVenture (Fultime Agent - All salesforce level) and Agency Channel (Agent level)

• Work closely with IFA partner• Build & implement business action plan to reach sales target.• Be responsible for effectively IFA's performance by providing training workshop, GP and others push-sale activities.

Responsible for Design and Development training materials for 3 Distribution channels: Agency, Corporate Agency, Bancassurance.• Main responsibility: Develop E-Learning programs (content designing, online training video production, managing e-learning system).• Design and Organize outdoor training and camp training programs.• Design and adjust basic training materials: licensing program, new products, rookie care, ...• Deliver and transfer advanced skill training courses.
