As a full stack developer, I am passionate about creating and maintaining websites that are responsive, user-friendly, and impactful. I have a strong background in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js, as well as a certification in massage therapy (MT) from the California Massage Therapy Council.Currently, I am leading the development and maintenance of VRMS, a browser-based software tool designed to streamline participant journeys and enhance organizational goals for workforce development and project impact at Hack for LA, a non-profit organization that connects civic-minded technologists with local government and community partners. I work closely with the Hack for LA team and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional software solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and user-friendly interfaces. I also collaborate with a team of software developers and engineers to design and build the VRMS platform, conduct thorough testing and debugging, and implement front-end and back-end features using technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js. My professional path career has self-starter and entrepreneurship influence, and I bring that into my expertise as a software developer. I have contributed to open source projects, created and maintained websites for small business professionals, and worked within teams. Outside of a professional capacity, I enjoy social dancing, such as salsa, swing, and tango, and binge-listening to audiobooks.
