Account Manager
Current• Dedicated account manager for assigned customer accounts. Responsible to protect and grow existing revenues by proactively managing day to day relationships.• Conduct account reviews and quarterly business reviews to uncover additional sales and renewal opportunities. Create business development plans and roadmaps in order help the customer reach their company goals.• Maintain and manage churn on a quarterly basis• Serve as the customer advocate inside Momentum’s internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate through the necessary channels involving customer and service issues and outages along with billing disputes.
