• Creation of EMEA forecast for KIDS FTW or APP on style/color level. Forecasting beginning approx. 1 year ahead of season start, working closely with CAT merchandising and sales to align forecast and adjust according to.
• Drive and assure alignment on Classification/collection level with in-category stakeholders and demand planning peers (ie. GEL and AA biz models), aim for given target or influence target adjustment if applicable
• Communication to category/functional/global peers and leadership on EMEA demand plan throughout the Nike Consumer Code
• Coaching and training of GLDP candidates on 6 months rotation in Demand Planning
• Project participation to drive functional process improvement or in x-functional initiatives within the category to drive growth for the APP business

• Managing team of 3 FTE’s and 1 intern. Close co-operation with DP director, S&OP director and IM Manager to bring the voice of DPIM to the category table
• Initiate forecast alignment for FTBL APP pre-season, align input from x-functional category teams
• Plan to demand of EC16 federation volumes, working with global DP/Sales, WE + CEE sales teams and category merchandisers to right size volume in the marketplace. Presenting the plan and provide updates during the CGP.
• Drive x-functional sign off on FY17 licensed plan, taking Sell-through/cxl/close-out of current season into account and present during S&OP, getting sign off to use fill-rates to manage inventory
