- In charge of recruiting entry to manager-level positions (both Internal and External)- Build the database of candidates through effective of using HR2B’s website and other channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Recruitment websites to find candidates.- Coordinate with Clients to define the necessary requirements for open roles.- Source suitable candidate and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client- Conduct an interview for candidates and following up when necessary.- Work closely with Clients to manage the recruitment process, offer round, and beyond.- Support to build Employer Branding plan and manage FB Fanpage as a site to share HR knowledge and recruitment tool.

HR tasks- Propose recruitment plan, develop a pool of qualified part-timers in advance of needs to ensure the timeline and quality of projects.- Determine recruitment requirements from Department Managers to understand the necessary information.- Seek candidates by using a variety of channels.- Screen the brightest candidates to know more about their work experience, skill; report the results and shortlists to Line Manager.- First interview candidatesAdmin tasks- Receive and handle administration documents.- Contact with suppliers to order services such as office stationery, cars, necessities...- Manage monthly general expense such as check bill, invoice, officestationery, necessities,…- Plan and organize annual events such as Company birthday party, Company trip, Year-end party.- Translate English documents into Vietnamese as assigned by Project Manager- Support for workshops in provinces/cities as book hotels, and airline tickets for staff.- Support to find suppliers, buy and manage project gifts.
