-Manage Attorney day to day. Schedule hearings for client’s with OHO(Office of Hearing Operations).-File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of Social Security Administration's deadlines-Assist clients with questions they have regarding their paperwork and answer any other questions they may have regarding the process-Communicate with SSA, DDS, and OHO (Social Security Administration, Disability Determination Services, Office of Hearing Operations) relating to client’s claim-Review files for potential issues that could affect the clients claim-Review and Prepare RFH and Hearing Scheduled(request for hearing) files for prep for hearing with Administrative Judge and Attorney -Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required-Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney-Maintain organized case files-Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, via telephone, email, and in person-Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.-E File, fax, and mail documents -High volume and fast pace firm with a need to have high attention to details. -Working in many different systems to maintain case management
