Responsible for administering the hiring process of reviewing applications/resumes, interviewing, and the evaluations of potential candidates for job openings. Administer new employee orientation and on boarding process. Administer the union job bidding process and apprenticeship program. Administer employee benefits at plant level and responsible for various HR related programs. Liaison between employee and corporate office. Manage, direct, and coordinate administrative services in the plant such as records and information. Responsible for reviewing, compiling and approving employee time cards and payroll data for the payroll process. Manage facility maintenance, custodial operations, and employee uniform services. Coordinates and manages all administrative activities.

Responsible for planning and scheduling all Maintenance Activities. Determine job contents, Develop work plans, Extablish man power needed for jobs, Plan and Order Parts and Materials, Assign workers with appropriate skill levels, Review Safety Procedures, Develop JSA's, Review all Work Requests, Set Priorities for all maintenance work, Maintain R&M cost within budget, Update documentation for history, Review and Maintain work order backlog, Ensure good communication with craftsmen, Track defined Maintenance Metrics, Maintain and develop Preventative Maintenance Program,

Responsible for running specific lab tests and reporting on the quality of product, Conforming and Non-Conforming.
