I have 2.5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a guest services specialist at Live Nation Entertainment and a hotel receptionist at The Wildwood Hotel. I am skilled in guest relations, guest experience, and guest satisfaction, and I enjoy creating memorable and positive interactions with every customer. I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in art history, criticism and conservation at DePaul University, where I am passionate about learning and exploring different artistic expressions and cultures.
