I am a 3rd year student at Eastern Michigan University, majoring in Marketing. Eastern Michigan has been a great learning experience for me; here I have been able to build skills such as: Account Management, project management, TV Broadcasting and Marketing Strategy to name a few. While attending Eastern Michigan, I have had the opportunity to further my knowledge through organizations on campus such as: NAACP, Black Student Union, Honors Student Association, Pre Law Association, I am Pink Mentorship Progam and the Eagle Vision Program. These organizations have given me the confidence to land positions at ESPN,The Michigan Library Association and Rocket Mortgage. Though my marketing experience is just beginning, being a PA with ESPN, A Marketing Strategist for The Michigan Library Association and a Marketing Communications intern with Rocket Mortgage; I have the foundation to pursue all my career goals, and I am eager to see where my career path will take me! It is my motto to wake up everyday a step closer to my dreams. It is my goal to develop, curate and inspire opportunities in the City of Detroit. I will achieve my goals through my foundation "The B.L.O.C.C Club," which focuses on teaching students about the importance of community cohesion. Being a Renaissance High School Alum I take pride in my education and believe knowledge is the foundation of success.
