Trish has over 20 years of experience in the community, social and affordable housing sector. Trish has been with AAHS since its inception and manages an experienced team who provides exceptional compliance services to a range of providers. She focuses on delivering positive outcomes and maximising incentives for the NRAS scheme.Trish started her career in the housing sector with the Queensland peak body for social and affordable housing, Queensland Community Housing Coalition (QCHC). She became the Deputy Director of QCHC. Prior to QCHC, Trish was Chief Housing Officer with 4Walls (now Compass Housing) and then moved to National Affordable Housing Consortium (NAHC)Additional career highlights include; >> Managing NRAS portfolios of 4500+ properties spread across QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and WA. >> Collaborating with 40 property managers to deliver housing outcomes >> Managing SDA compliance for properties in QLD, NSW and VIC >> An ASIC registered Responsible Manager (RM) for AAHSL's NRAS managed investment scheme - "Australian Residential Investment Fund"Since the inception of NDIS, Trish has developed considerable expertise in SDA compliance.Today Trish manages the compliance for an extensive portfolio of NRAS and SDA properties at Australian Affordable Housing Securities Limited (AAHSL) which is based on the Gold Coast.Trish prides herself on delivering positive outcomes for investors and high levels of quality customer service.
