I am driven by a strong desire and commitment to create a supportive health, safety and wellness workplace culture through ownership and engagement at all levels of the organisation. I was part of the Incident and Injury Free Culture Program initial engagement team on Chevron’s Gorgon Gas Project on Barrow Island, delivering and supporting workplace culture programs during the construction phase of the $54 billion Project. Main focus was working closely with the leadership teams to align, build relationships and grow capabilities across all levels of the project. More recently, I have moved into the not-for-profit area working as an employment consultant in the disability sector, with a focus on assisting employers recruit and retain employees. I coach and guide people from a diverse range of backgrounds and disabilities with tailored, individual support and mentoring to get back into the workforce. To compliment this work, I worked with Dress for Success as a workshop facilitator and volunteer coordinator, developing and empowering women to re-enter the workforce. I have also volunteered with The Smith Family in their after school learning hub, giving children additional literacy and numeracy support. I have over 20 years’ experience in the resource industry. Provided valuable services to the oil & gas sector, worked extensively with private, government, not-for-profit and volunteering agencies and bring a wealth of knowledge and commitment to everything I do. My natural ability to connect with people translates into a positive coaching and consulting style.
