In my role at BCN, I've enhanced our LMS management training offerings, coached managers on employee relations best practices, written policies and handbooks, assisted clients in improving their recruitment presence and processes, and assisted managers and employees with every type of employment question imaginable.

MatterDesign was a website design and development firm. In my role at MatterDesign, I built relationships with clients and managed projects, trained clients on how to use the tools we developed for them, and managed all of the human resources and other administrative components of the business.

Domino's Pizza is a leader in its industry. I had the privilege of serving the team members and management at the headquarters during this time of growth as a company.In my roles at Domino's Pizza, some of my key contributions included:Improved the welcome experience of new team members by redeveloping and facilitating both a weekly new team member orientation for 3-8 team members and a more in-depth quarterly welcome event featuring presentations from the leadership team and other speakers. Surveyed all new team members and improved the team member welcome experience based on survey results.Coordinated summer intern program for 30 students in various professional departments including recruiting and overseeing summer events.Created an electronic team member survey and planned its implementation for the 600+ corporate office team members at headquarters and satellite offices.Directed the team that planned and implemented the “Take Our Kids To Work Day” program for 2 age groups involving approximately 100 kids and over 50 team member volunteers each year. Expanded the program from a few disparate activities to a theme-based 6 hour experience for 2 different age groups.Facilitated team member performance appraisal training with 10-20 team members on a quarterly basis.
