She partners with Nitto’s cross-functional and multi-cultural teams and provides clear, business-savvy guidance and helps teams achieve important goals, improve operations, mitigate potential risks, and earn higher profits. At Nitto, Trisha focuses on corporate governance, ESG policies, procedures and compliance, PFAS compliance, FCPA and anti-corruption, DPAS and government contracts, commercial transactions, real estate, construction projects, mergers and acquisitions, environmental, OSHA and health and safety, cyber security, insurance, export controls, data protection and consumer data privacy, export controls, fair competition, intellectual property, DocuSign Contract Lifecycle System design, development, training and contract management.Prior to joining Nitto, Trisha served as Nitto’s outside corporate, environmental, construction and real estate counsel for 15 years. Additionally, she chaired Thacher, Proffitt & Wood's Environmental & Green Energy Practice Group.Trisha also teaches at her alma mater Columbia Law School. For more than 17 years, she has taught Columbia Law School’s Legal Practice Workshop I and II, a required course for first-year law students that helps them develop legal writing, research, client communications, negotiations, advocacy and other important lawyering skills. Trisha has worked with Major League Baseball, the New York Yankees, the New York Mets, the City of New York, the White House, the Roberto Clemente Foundation and Ciudad Deportiva in Puerto Rico to bring the magic of baseball to children (because kids are always the most deserving baseball fans).
