About Trisha Swift

Having worked in alternative education for over 20 years, I excel in problem solving and building connections with students, communities, and families. Because of the nature of my competency-based school, I have done a good deal of curriculum development, team building, and collaborative teaching. A published author of both books and blog posts, I have a background in explaining the nuances of the English language, teaching grammar, and editing. In March 2020, I graduated from the American College of Education with a master's degree in Teaching English Learners.
