Transitioning from a successful career spanning over two decades in program management, social performance advisory, and CSR in the private and non-profit sectors, I have co-founded LIT with a mission to enhance the fabric of intimate relationships through 'Deepening Love, Elevating Play'. Drawing upon my extensive background in stakeholder engagement, cross-cultural management, and sustainable enterprise development, I now steer a socially conscious business dedicated to cultivating deep, authentic connections through innovative sensation tools and educational programs.

• Designed and wrote Life and Workplace Skills Curriculum and Sexual and Reproductive Health Curriculum for a USAID funded program under Restless Development.

Managed project design, implementation and oversight for a number of key strategic objectives for the company in multiple departments including Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environment and National Content.

Camara is an Irish Social Enterprise that collects and refurbishes used computers that have been donated by organisations and individuals and uses this equipment to establish computer labs in schools and colleges across Africa. This is accomplished by setting up autonomous social enterprises in each country with the goal that these become self-sustaining through the sale of training and hardware. This not only supports our operations on the ground, but creates value and much needed buy-in from local communities. My role as Director of African headquarters was to serve as the chair of the Board of Directors for each of these independent organizations to provide support and cohesion for the CEO's around budgets, accounts, policy development and best practice management infrastructure.Additionally I managed a small team of professionals at Camara's African Headquarters in Uganda that provided linkages between our European offices and Africa, while providing support services for our African offices.

Camara Uganda provides refurbished computers at subsidized rates to schools and educational institutions throughout Uganda. The focus is on training teachers in Linux opensource software, maintenance, developing Uganda-centric educational software (including HIV/AIDS awareness), and providing an adaptable business model for other developing countries.My role of CEO of the Uganda operations was to establish the legal, technical and physical requirements of the organization in Uganda, as well as recruit and manage a small team of professionals to carry out the activities of the business and ensure it became self-sustainable in less than 3 years. My job also required extensive interface with government and Development Partner stakeholders, lobbying and logistic management.

Stepwise is a not-for-profit that works to assist established orphanages in East Africa in expanding the number of children they are able to support and the quality of care given by assisting in implementing best practice in oversight and accountability.
