Founder and chair of Uncork a Cure for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Chicago. This upscale event brought together wine industry representatives, including noted sommeliers and distributors, and donors. Successful committee recruitment and development, venue selection and management, in-kind donation procurement, attainment of sponsorship, vendor management, volunteer coordination, and venue staging were some of the many areas I managed and directed during the eight-year chairmanship of the event. The event has since been duplicated within the chapter throughout Chicagoland.Team leader for Naperville walk team from 2003 through the present.
