I was born in Ireland and migrated to Australia in 1995, I have over seven years’ experience as an executive coach and twenty years of both public and corporate experience, including three years within government in Ireland, seven years in SMEs, eight years with Macquarie Bank, and two years with an Australian funds’ management company. Roles included administration, leadership support, accounting, business analysis, and team leadership. My vision is to connect meaningfully with professionals, reigniting their passions, reshaping their lives, and reinvigorating their careers as the foundations for a purpose-led life. I achieve this by supporting professionals to grow and transform in alignment with their purpose and values, reigniting their passions for life, and maximising performance and career satisfaction.I completed a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology with distinction (University of Sydney), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with distinction (Macquarie University), and a Bachelor of Arts in Business (Charles Sturt). I have coached across a diverse range of organisations including (but not limited to) Minter Ellison, IAG, Telstra, nbnco, Investa Property Group, UTS, UNSW, Accenture, BCG, CCA, AFTA, Foxtel, the big four banks, and the big four insurance companies. I also partner with many well-known organisations to provide coaching including The Channel Group, Performance HQ, Glow Up Careers, and ICF (recently as part of the University of Queensland’s BEL Career Mentoring Program). Particularly interested in supporting leaders optimise their performance and well-being and the performance and well-being of their teams, to achieve a sustainable life balance. I also support several pro bono causes e.g., career coaching refugees and students. A member of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Alumni (USCMA), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).Applying an evidenced based, holistic, and sometimes transformational approach which is solution focused i.e., supporting clients identify their purpose, and achieve goals that align with their purpose and values.I achieve this by utilising a goal-oriented approach drawing upon academic skills, applying a variety of research based, psychological models, analytical frameworks, and accredited psychometric assessment tools. In essence building trust, exploring possibilities, and unearthing, and jointly developing objectives. Then we implement the plan and review progress constantly over the coaching journey.
