My Approach I apply an evidenced based, holistic and sometimes transformational approach which is solution focused i.e., supporting clients identify their purpose, and achieve goals that align with their purpose and values, reigniting their passions both personally and professionally. This I achieve by utilising a goal-oriented approach drawing upon academic skills, applying a variety of research based, psychological models, analytical frameworks and accredited psychometric assessment tools. In essence I build trust, explore possibilities, unearth and jointly develop objectives. We then implement the plan and review progress constantly over the coaching journey.
