I was given a lot of autonomy during this experience to do some market research and recommend a marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition and product development.

I participated in the University of Queensland's Student Work Experience Program (SWEP). This program placed me in Brisbane City Council's Learning & Development Team. During this experience, I was tasked with undertaking some research and providing feedback on the current L&D Quality Framework and recommend any changes which may need to be made in the future.
