I was responsible for retention and development of accounts in Knoxville, Chattanooga and Atlanta area. In addition, I was responsible for reporting and collaboration with Raleigh customer to meet specific Key Performance Indicators.

I was responsible for retention and development of various accounts in Chicago and East Iowa area. I identified key product, technology and efficiency opportunities for my customers. I conducted business reviews on quarterly basis. I provided reports to customers for better visibility to their products.

I was responsible for working with sales team on lead generation and bid responses. I focused on lead filtering and assessment and distribution to sales team to assist them in meeting their numbers. I coordinated bid process and final response to customers.

I started as a Senior Service Representative in the Household Retail Services division answering incoming calls from customers and merchants and providing timely, quality resolutions. I also trained all new hires in handling questions for the customer service line. In October 1990, I was promoted to Senior Training Specialist. In this position, I conducted weekly operations and management training programs. I was responsible for developing and updating training programs and manuals. In January 1993, I was promoted to Training Manager at HI's corporate training facility. In this position, I supervised two employees who had responsibility for tracking management employee's professional development, enrollment and confirmation of training programs. I was responsible for monitoring and reporting development status and completion of overall goal. In addition, I trained corporate staff in professional development on a monthly basis. In January 1995, I was promoted to Training Consultant. In this position, I conducted weekly leadership, performance management, interviewing and professional development courses to company managers. I conducted bi-yearly leadership train-the-trainer programs for in-house trainers. I also worked with other staff trainers to develop and update training materials.

Store Manager responsible for sales operations, management of staff of nine employees, scheduling, employee training, displays, inventory management, promotions and contests.

As Assistant Store Manager, I was responsible for meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service. I assisted the store manager with scheduling and employee training including product information and selling techniques. I worked on store displays and maintaining consistent store appearance.
