I help clients with needs concerning their policies. I have helped the office in implementing processes to streamline the client experience. I have developed relationships with the insurance companies and vendors we use.

I love challenges, developing new ideas, setting the teams and getting them up and running. The president of the company was aware of this strength and helped me transition out of Quality Assurance into the training development realm for the company. Blogging content knowledge was a company wide experience, as well as creating videos for the company. I also had the privilege of working with the copywriter/marketing team and wrote a few online training guides. I led a team in the creation of online Radiation Training video and Bloodborne Pathogens training videos and when I left was in the process of creating others. I worked in finding and developing our first testing platform that was implemented with the online training.

Block Imaging enabled me the opportunity to implement processes and procedures that allowed the teams/departments to run effectively and efficiently. I helped Block Imaging become ISO 9001 certified in the United States and Korean FDA certified in Korea. Both of these certifications took about a year and required me to work with the entire team. I had the privilege of representing Block Imaging during medical imaging shows, presenting seminar sessions for training purposes. I was responsible for the companies OSHA training and regulations for the warehouse and engineers. I was a member of the management team and spearheaded the need for the positions of a Customer Relations Manager & Vendor Relations Coordinator for the parts side of the company.

In the HR department, I ran the employee benefits enrollment and hired approximately 8 people during those 6 months.

In administration, I helped sales with their projects by completing sales agreements, invoicing and communicating with customers. I also acted as the liaison with project management and assisted them in their role.
