At Demandbase I led the post-sales Customer Experience Organization, responsible for renewals, product adoption and operations. I achieved 100%+ of quota 4 of 4 years by developing and growing strategic relationships with ISVs in the Northwestern US.

As a Sales Engineer I provided technical pre-sales support to potential OEM partners and Direct customers. I assisted field sales reps with the technical aspects of sales opportunities and delivered technical sales presentations for DataDirect Connect products supporting ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, SQLXML and XQuery standards.

It was during my time at Engage that I discovered a passion for travel while visiting customers and prospects across the United States. As a Systems Engineer, I developed and delivered technical sales presentations and demonstrations of online ad-serving and profiling products. I often crafted detailed documents responding to RFPs and provided technical expertise to prospects, customers and internal stakeholders.

As a vocational teacher at East Wake Middle School I taught keyboarding, computer skills and business principles to 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. I loved teaching and I enjoyed coaching the Track & Field Team.
