I spent my childhood working for my family’s food & retail businesses in the Napa Valley, learning how to cook from my mother & manage business from my father. I learned the importance of following your dreams and working hard. It ignited a passion that has shaped my professional life to attain the very best results. My corporate work includes extensive multi-unit management success that transitions under-performing markets into top 5 markets. Consistent talent acquisition, team development, operational excellence and performance management are key focal points. My work also includes operational leadership roles that include overall labor management, policies and procedures, client relations and contract negotiations that have resulted in significant profit and cost savings. My culinary experience includes multiple roles in the food and beverage industry. Chef, caterer, special events, restaurant and winery management. I have had the pleasure of working for the Mondavi, Coppola & Taittinger family wineries. In my personal time, I still teach cooking classes that focus on California cuisine and Napa Valley wine pairings. I am also a singer/songwriter and am passionate about music collaboration, performance, community & culture.
