In the role I was responsible for leading the assessment and selection of location opportunities for prospective hydrogen projects. This included developing sufficient technical knowledge of the hydrogen processing pathways and assessing this against very broad location attributes such as infrastructure capacity through to social license and community acceptance. The role lead embedding a data driven gated system to enable efficient screening assessments of both customer leads and location assessments.

I was also given plant maintenance and optimisation projects to manage from conception through to operations. During my final 6 months I was also given the management of the maintenance team within the refinery and boiler and on occasions relief management of the Refinery
