My area of expertise is in managing hardware and software deployments on massive infrastructure construction projects all over the world. My specialty has been solution design, testing and on-site user acceptance. I regularly collaborate with the stakeholders on a project from clarifying client needs, to work flows and system integration to deployments for onsite set up and training of end users. I have executed projects with Exxon, Shell, Bechtel, Bantrel, McDermott International, Manitoba Hydro and BHP and set them up for success with fully customized and integrated supply chain systems. These deployments have taken place across Canada, The United States, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. I have excellent people skills and have gained in depth experience in customer relations, support, and all aspects of project management. One of the most important and rewarding aspects of my job is facilitating a change in the dynamics within an organization so that the executives and employees integrate the use of our software into the company culture ensuring long term customer retention and product loyalty.
