Responsible for leading a group of volunteers to train approximately 55 teenagers in skills such as leadership, aviaition studies, bushcraft, general service knowledge, first aid, instructional technique, firearms safety, visual training, as well as maintaining and orgainsing the Squadron. As an Officer of the New Zealand Cadet Forces I hold a Government Commission and hold the rank of Squadron Leader.I see my time as a leader of 41 Squadron as an opportunity to pass on the skills I learnt and the experiences I enjoyed to the next generation.
