Served as the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Harvest Food Bank, an annual 30 million dollar organization. Supervised a Leadership Team which consisted of Director of Finance, Director of Operations, Director of Community Partnerships, Director of Public Relations, Director of Fundraising, Project Facilitator, HR Coordinator and Masters Table Supervisor.Developed successful company-wide, culture-enhancing campaigns for Golden Harvest's 50 team members. (POUR, Find Something Take Pride in It, Better Everyday, Color Big, The Time is Now, Impact and Inspiring Healthy Change.)Coordinated an eight member Development Department. Responsible for State & Federal grants, financial campaigns, direct mail solicitations, innovative video production, local commercials, cutting edge social media & other fundraising totaling 6.8 million. Led a 24 member Board of Directors and 5 member Executive Committee which oversees the overall business and outreach functions of Golden Harvest. Facilitated leadership of the Board Nominating Committee and the Enterprise Committee.Responsible for annual Feeding America National Food Bank Compliance and local financial audits. Facilitated leadership and development of a five year strategic plan that serves as the company's road map for feeding the hungry.Developed for-profit company: Golden Service Providers LLC which employed 45 staff members, grossed over 1 Million dollars and donated 10% to Golden Harvest.Supervised state-of-the-art soup kitchen, The Masters Table, which serves the poor, 365 days per year, 200-300 hot noon meals per day. Leadership consists of 5 staff and approx. 10,000 volunteers per year.Coordinated food programs that served over 368 thousand families annually. Worked closely with 5 local Chamber of Commerces to increase community partnerships through volunteer and funding opportunities. Developed close relationships with local, state and national leaders to advocate for necessary policies.

Coordinated and planned four simulcast contemporary services and one evening service.Served as staff advisor for the Land Acquisition Committee and 3.4 million dollar Building Renovation Project. Supervised 8 team members. Partnered with Mayor Deke Copenhaver to develop the first annual presentation of The Augusta Christmas Gift, a celebration of worship and unity that combined Warren’s Choir with an African American church to involve 200 singers and raised 12,000.00 to benefit the homeless.Led 50 adults on a tour to The Brooklyn Tabernacle Church and Times Square Church.Facilitated distributing Burgers, Blankets and Bibles to over 200 Augusta Homeless.Conducted funerals and weddings.Planned and led mission trips to China in 2007 & 2008.

Directed a 60 voice choir. Supervised one full-time assistant, two part-time assistants, a volunteer Youth Choir Director and paid technical assistants. Raised $6,000.00 for Mission TourLed a 35 voice Senior Adult Choir. Facilitated the Bigger Than Life Tour which shared the Gospel at the Salvation Army and the State Home for the Mentally Challenged.Designed and led one traditional worship service and one contemporary worship service. Facilitated the restructure of Children’s Ministry worship.Led 68 teenagers and adults on a hurricane mission trip to Escatawpa, MS.Authored evangelism book: Have it Need it Want it.

Directed a contemporary praise band and vocal team.Planned weekly worship for 30 cell groups & led worship for women’s and men’s retreats, deacons meetings, leader retreats and youth retreats. Facilitated a home cell group of 25 adults and children. Designed and led two morning contemporary worship services.Hosted outreach concert artists: Building 429, Sonic Flood, Shawn McDonald and David Crowder.

Supervised an organist, two college interns, secretary and sound committee. Led a 50 voice choir and contracted professional orchestra instrumentalists. Facilitated the development of a Wednesday night contemporary worship service. Directed a contemporary praise band and vocal team. Doubled children’s choir attendance.Directed a Night on Broadway dinner theater and silent auction that raised $15,000.00 for Ecuador missions. Hosted concert artists Bruce and Lisa and the Karas Korean Children’s Choir. Facilitated partnership with Habitat Humanity and the Salvation Army.

Supervised a music ministry of over 500. Designed and oversaw construction of a 4000 square foot music suite. Developed a music outreach ministry entitled Share the Light which ministered to over 1000 children and adults. Developed and directed a new contemporary praise band and vocal team. Oversaw the design of two new video projection systems. Supervised a Children’s Choir ministry that involved over 200 children and 55 teachers. Directed a 90 voice youth choir and planned and coordinated mission trips to New York City, Canada, Colorado, Atlanta and Virginia. Conducted annual Christmas and Easter outreach musicals with 100 voice choir, professional orchestra and performances of Messiah, God with Us, God for Us, Experiencing God, One Voice and The Choice. Facilitated the development of a Steinway grand piano fund. Hosted concert artists: Ken Medema, Larnelle Harris, Steve Camp and Ray Boltz.Designed and led three different styles of weekly worship: traditional, contemporary.
