Supported the ongoing development of the EO100 Standard and associated guidance materials, as well as other tools and processes at Equitable Origin. Developed the business plan and helped secure seed funding for Equitable Origin, which we founded as a social enterprise corporation to develop the world's first independent certification system for responsible energy production. Worked with global, regional and community stakeholders and led a team of technical experts to develop a comprehensive, independent certification standard and assurance process for responsibly sourced energy. Designed and implemented the strategy for adoption, dissemination, and continual improvement of the EO100 Standard, which spans biodiversity, climate change, human rights, governance, circularity/waste, indigenous people's rights, and other elements.
