I have over twenty years of experience in project management and civil engineering design in the public and private sector. My experience includes preparation of PS&E packages for Municipal Infrastructure Improvements including City roadways, pedestrian safety improvements, site grading, drainage plans, retaining walls, sound walls, utilities, and drainage structures. Reconstruction, rehabilitation and relocation of facilities. Pipeline installations for storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water lines. I have also managed and provided PS&E for Caltrans administered federal-aid projects, including ARRA, STIP, and “Safe Routes to School”.I have performed resident engineering and construction management services including inspection, submittal review, project administration, conducting construction meetings, and troubleshooting field challenges. I also provided project closeout including compiling and overseeing the execution of the project punch list and final billings. During construction I have managed paving inquiry hotlines and responded to resident inquiries. I understand the importance of quick response time and following through on resident and client inquiries.I also have extensive experience with PS&E preparation of a variety of private land development projects throughout the Bay Area.
