FFS is a group consisting of production in Sweden, Sales and Product Development in Norway and Sales in Singapore. We are the global leader within FIFI for OSV and Tug Boats focusing on product development and complete system delivery with excellent service during and after installment.2014 was all time high with 550 MNOK in turnover and 535 systems delivered giving us a 70% + market share within the FIFI market. Cash managment for the group consisting of subsidiaries in 11 countries. Budget and Forecast analysis on monthly basis. Responsible for implementation of new consolidation system, Hyperion Financial Managment, across the group. Work closely with CFO and CEO of restructuring and strategic planning.

The SDFI portfolio managed by Petoro is the largest on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS), embracing 90 production licences and 18 partnerships/companies.These holdings represent more than a third of Norway's petroleum reserves and over a quarter of total Norwegian oil and gas production.Petoro is not intended to act as an operator, and its organisation is limited to 60 employees.A goal of achieving the largest possible value creation, combined with a very large portfolio in international terms and a limited organisation, means that Petoro must work in a very special way to make a positive difference.
