Process all claims cases including investigation, in charge of all claims reports & analysis to Managers, Home Office, and actuarial team, responsible for claims system enhancement from preparing user requirements to UAT and go-live.- etc.

This period I was working for Policy Owner Service Department. Main duties: - Process all kinds of clients' request in AS400 system. - Do business analyses related to Operations Department- Enhance system, prepare manual/guidelines and present to other Depts.- In charge of dealing with internal/external auditors.- etc.
