Sr. Designer working on marketing materials, ad design, events, branding, and product design for the Quartz brand which launched Sept 24th 2012. Responsible for thinking up innovative visual ads that are engaging and first to market. Work closely with the marketing team and developers to realize custom html5 ad units that look beautiful and provide an advertiser with more than click throughs. Focusing on creating units that tell a story with large imagery, video components, animation, and bold colors to engage the readers as well as perform.As well as ad creative needs, I focus on all Quartz marketing materials which range form presentations, quarterly briefs, and promotional materials. Also work with the events team to develop branding for live programs such as our The Next Billion series. Created stage design, directional signage, event materials, and help ensure the Quartz brand was woven throughout the space.Results: Helped get Quartz to profitability by 2013 and exceed our revenue goals for 3-4 years straight.
