Senior Manager, Partner Management
Current• Manage merchant acquirer relationships; GM for multi-billon dollar portfolio; interact with both internal and external leaders of sales, marketing, product, legal and risk to execute strategy in order to drive continued AMEX growth and welcomed acceptance• AMEX lead for partner business development discussions and contract drafting/negotiations; Internal point of contact for other AMEX business groups assigned to premier US payment partners• Work through complex business and operational issues to identify clear actions and plans in order to drive resolution
