I have worked for Frito-Lay a division of PepsiCo since 2002. I started as a vacation relief salesman. In my career I have had many opportunities to grow and learn while advancing through the company. I was an award winning salesman. I have had the opportunity to be a coach and mentor enhancing skills and teaching efficiency to tenured employees. I have had the opportunity to manage accounts and grow their business both large and small. I have held leadership positions enabling my teams to exceed their goals and grow their skills and capabilities. I moved to headquarter in December of 2014 and became part of the Handheld Sustainment team managing 1700 handheld devices throughout North America and Canada. I created and led an innovative process to roll-out and convert 5000 new devices to the frontline reducing the deployment time from 50 weeks to 16 and saving the company over 2 million dollars in expenses. I was recently promoted to the position of Senior Business Analyst on the Project Infinity Team where I have the opportunity to develop the Sales Accounting portion of an innovative new mobile sales application which will enhance our frontlines capability putting the right information at their fingertips at the right time.I recently went back to school and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management and Masters of Science in Leadership and Management.I have a passion for what I do.
