 Interface between our customers and our PM to ensure all deadlines are met. Work with lead technicians and customers daily to develop path to accomplish goals. Coordinate tasks, people, equipment and outside vendors. Develop SOP’s and work with each group to develop checklists, quality control, and a closed loop process for all work/tests. Research outside vendors to provide quality workmanship and deliver work on time. Interface between vendors and customers throughout the progress of work being performed. Decision-making and planning to provide quality workmanship on mission-critical tasks. Generate purchase requests, obtain digital signatures and endorsements and work with corporate to generate purchase orders. Sign and accept delivered goods, scan packings slips and forward to purchasing coordinator at HQ. Develop ability to track all PR's and PO's along with costs, vendors, and description of services. Track all purchases and work progress and report to the PM. Process work requests which include description of work, estimated hours, material costs, equipment/supplies necessary. Project burn rates for different project codes and provide feedback to the PM and CEO on all material costs. Work with the customer test officers to have a plan to best utilize excess funds or be prepared for a shortage of funding. Developed and maintain inventory tracking and maintenance. Including shop tools, power tools, electronics, forklifts, cranes, vehicles, and all test support equipment. Responsible for the quality of work performed and documenting lessons learned and filling out NCR’s. This includes a need for deep understanding of each project and it’s expectations. Responsible for petty cash and ensure all receipts are turned in and all transactions are tracked.

 Assemble, test, maintain, and repair Aegis Readiness Assessment Vehicle (ARAV) targets. Operate and maintain ground support equipment in support of ARAV BMDS (Ballistic Missile Defense System) missions. Participate as ordnance crew member in the transportation, installation, testing, and arming of ARAV rocket motors. As a team member, I help orchestrate our team of engineers, technicians, QA and all other essential personnel. I have in a short period of time established myself as a leader and have been asked to take on a leadership role amongst my peers.  I monitor telemetry and transmit commands as directed. I quickly diagnose anomalies and aid in the resolution. Required to document all actions and maintain a logbook. Wiring and soldering is a small part of my job. Connecting battery packs, RF, moving rockets to various test tables and making necessary connections. Operating RPG’s and computer programs to carry out various tests and procedures on rockets.

 WSTF is a NASA site that does space and military testing. I was a leadman for 5 years, where I supervised a team of 5 technicians in the most diverse test stand on site. I helped engineers design as well as look out for cost and safety measures of each test system.  I helped design, fabricate and test multi-million dollar, high-tech projects that help transform Americas military and space exploration. I am highly regarded by my peers as well as other engineers and supervisors. As a team member, it is imperative that I work together with my co-workers and promote a safe and healthy working environment.
