Served as Director in the Infrastructure and Cloud Services Group where responsibilities evolved over my tenure . • Had Business Relationship Management responsibilities with the task to work closely with application development teams to more efficiently bring ICS services to them by better understanding pain points and working to resolve them.• Managed a group of IT engineers doing infrastructure design for new projects/applications. The team would also assist with implementation by helping to eliminate blockers and drive the effort to completion.• Managed a matrix organization that had engineers from multiple different IT disciplines, i.e. network, server, DB, etc , with the goal of implementing projects faster by breaking down the silos between IT disciplines. • Pioneered the use of Power BI for analyzing engineer capacity, in order to, more efficiently deploy resources for projects. This was done by creating drill down dashboards with efficiency calculations so managers could easily see where their opportunities/needs were and resulted in unprecedented sharing of resources across teams. • Assisted with cost estimations and integration related to Mergers & Acquisitions .

Served as a Director of Desktop Support for domestic US managing Tier II engineers at 8-10 sites• Managed Tier II teams for multiple domestic sites that were responsible for the day-to-day desktop support to include PC/ laptop/printer delivery and uptime as well as first level triage and escalation of Major Incidents . • Conceived, designed and implemented a build hub system that saved more than a million dollars over the years by avoiding FTE and contractor costs by centralizing the laptop/PC build process.
