Troy Carl is a Outreach Coordinator at Penn State College of Education. He possess expertise in research, international relations, teaching, nonprofits, intercultural communication and 20 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I had the pleasure of meeting Troy while working at The Poly School in Korea. Troy welcomed me into the school, helped educate and train me in my first few weeks, and initiated discussions to better the school's curriculum and efficiency. He was a leader in the classroom and his students were consistently ahead of the curve. Outside of teaching he showed exceptional responsibility and was a joy to work beside. Troy's creativity and intelligence shined nearly every day, but what surprised me the most was his knowledge of business.
