Current• Create and deliver regular communications for Network Operations (Cloud, Equinix Maintenance) and Unified Comms Collaboration tools (Zoom, Box, Cloud VPN, Zscaler, Phone Systems Operations)• Use various channels to disseminate important information via weekly and monthly newsletters, targeted broadcasts for specific audiences, and other written communications, including Knowledge Articles, FAQs, Talking Points, Fact Sheets, Postmortem Reports, Lessons Learned, Key Messages, and… Show more • Create and deliver regular communications for Network Operations (Cloud, Equinix Maintenance) and Unified Comms Collaboration tools (Zoom, Box, Cloud VPN, Zscaler, Phone Systems Operations)• Use various channels to disseminate important information via weekly and monthly newsletters, targeted broadcasts for specific audiences, and other written communications, including Knowledge Articles, FAQs, Talking Points, Fact Sheets, Postmortem Reports, Lessons Learned, Key Messages, and OKRs.• Manage important stakeholder expectations, lead the execution of seamless communication lifecycles, and be a voice for our efforts in high-level meetings to ensure that we are in alignment with agency objectives.• Support important feature and security updates for collaboration tools, including Zoom, Slack, and Box to ensure employees have the most secure and effective platforms for performing their daily tasks. • Support IUSG Cloud and End User teams using Agile methodologies, Jira and Confluence tools, PI Planning, Sprint, and Scrum Meetings, facilitating seamless collaboration and project management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
