Direct experience with SAP, ORACLE, PEOPLESOFT, LAWSON, JD EDWARDS, GENESYS, SIEMENS, GREAT PLAINS, KRONOS, SAGE, MAPICS and MICROSOFT DYNAMICS.

Review performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels. Organize budgets, oversee Profit and Loss and work with team to achieve target margins to stay on track with growth plans. Oversee inventory by ordering precise quantities of stock and executing corrective actions to drive profitability. Hold weekly meetings to forecast film schedules, discuss projects, plan events, identify opportunities for business improvement. Evaluate suppliers to asses quality, timeliness and compliance of deliveries, maintain tight cost controls and maximize business operational efficiency. Prepare and submit daily bank deposits. Oversee hiring, training, corrective action, scheduling and adherence to safety regulations. Conduct performance and productivity semi-annual employee evaluations.
