Responsible for server infrastructure and managing identity management. Effectively plan, install, and configure systems to deliver application services and facilitate authentication to college staff, faculty, and students. Maintain the college’s physical data center, virtual and cloud environment, and application servers. Manages Active Directory/Azure, Office 365, DNS, and group policy. Identified business critical logs from various systems to provide meaningful reports and alerts.• Implemented Cisco Umbrella across all on-premise and remote endpoints. Configured content filtering and security policies in accordance with college policies. • Led the planning, coordination, configuration, and delivery of a SAN migration inclusive of 18 virtual hosts and 6 storage servers. • Implemented an identity automation system to handle onboarding and offboarding of network accounts in Active Directory, in coordination with the college’s student information system.• Restructured AD to appropriately re-assign rights to overly-permissive accounts, while preventing functional and operational impact to the college.
