As the Senior Program Manager, my responsibilities involve leading and executing large dynamic programs and project management services ranging from space planning and occupancy through day- 2 Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC). These services range from developing and implementing project scope and maintaining a budget to overseeing the development of base specifications for space and furniture plans, detailed relocation manuals, and change management processes. My day-to-day functions include developing new program processes and procedures, reviewing, updating, and implementing existing processes, and overseeing multiple project managers, their projects, and budgets to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.

As a Project Manager at Heery my day to day responsibilities included developing scope, schedule, and budget for RFP responses. My project responsibilities included developing and managing budgets, developing project scheduls and coordinating, review of construction documents, database conversion and reconciliation, FF&E planning, development of FF&E specification, FF&E test fit layouts, development of bid packages and all associated documents, release of bids and award, development of purchase requisitions and orders, on-site coordination, along with close-out documentation.

Worked on various tenant improvement projects throughout Western Washington.
